As Production Lead, I was responsible for overseeing the entire process and ensuring the production ran seamlessly from concept to completion.

The project began with a creative concept developed by the director, which my team and I translated into reality through structured coordination and close collaboration with everyone working on this project.

During pre-production, I managed all essential elements required to execute the concept, from securing the location and building the set to sourcing models, assembling the crew, and organizing props. I also developed key production documents, including detailed call sheets, to ensure clarity, alignment, and a smooth execution on set.
